Shipping:
All items are printed to order, so please allow 4-8 business days to print and ship; an additional 3-8 business days for it to arrive via USPS for domestic orders; 10-20 business days for international orders.
Please DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before your order. We can only guarantee delivery to the address that has been provided to us and we will not provide refunds if we have successfully delivered an item to an address provided by the customer during order placement.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. ICONIKIT cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.
We do not hold an inventory of products – your order is printed on demand.
Returns:
Thank you for purchasing from us. If you are considering a refund and return If you aren’t happy with your product here are a few things you need to know:
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us BEFORE sending it back at info@iconikit.net. We’ll then send you the address of where to send the item.
Due to coronavirus and because of the nature of a neck gaiter, we cannot accept returns for neck gaiters or masks.
Cancellations:
All orders are printed on demand, as they are ordered. After an order has been processed, we do not offer cancellations.
Damaged Items:
If your item was damaged when you received it, please contact us immediately and send a picture to us at info@iconikit.net. We’ll get you a return shipping label for you to return it and then ship another one out to you at no additional cost.
Return Shipping:
If we shipped you the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged, we’ll pay to have it shipped back to us and reship a new item to you at no cost. (Please send us a photo of the damaged or wrong item so that we can process this immediately). If you need to return an item for any other reason, you pay the return shipping. Any returns must be received within 21 days to receive a refund. Email us at info@iconikit.net prior to sending it back so that we can provide you shipping and return information.
